We have implemented a new functionality in the form creation process. When users initiate the creation of a new form, they will now be prompted to select the type of form from a predefined list. The available form types include:

1. Intake Forms: Designed for collecting initial information from users.
2. Surveys: Used for gathering feedback and opinions.
3. Assessments: Focused on evaluating knowledge or performance.
4. Tickets: For tracking issues or requests.
5. RSVT (Request for Service/Visitor Tickets): Specifically tailored for service requests or visitor management.
6. Calendar Forms: To facilitate event scheduling and management.

Upon selection of the form type, the system will automatically populate the form with relevant default fields tailored to each type, streamlining the form creation process and enhancing user experience. This change aims to save time for users and improve the overall efficiency of form management.
