If you encounter content on Aroopa apps that you believe breaches our Terms of Service, please report it as violation to compliance@aroopatech.com. Upon receiving your feedback, we will investigate and take necessary actions. We'll contact you only if we need more information or have updates to share. If we determine that the reported incident does not constitute a violation, we may close the report without responding.
1. Spam, Malware, and Phishing
Prohibited activities include sending junk mail, spam, chain letters, phishing attempts, or unsolicited mass emails. For example, emails asking for credit card details to claim a prize are not allowed.
2. Promoting Hatred, Violence, or Illegal/Offensive Activities
Users must not transmit or publish content that is illegal, promotes racism or discrimination, or violates others' privacy and legal rights through harassment, threats, or abuse.
3. Sexually Explicit Material
Publishing or transmitting adult or mature content is forbidden on Aroopa apps.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for content exploiting children. Accounts sharing such content will be terminated and reported to law enforcement.
5. Personal and Confidential Information
Users cannot publish non-public personal and confidential information without consent. This includes details like full names, phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, credit card information, government IDs, and bank details.
6. Copyright Infringement
Users must not copy protected works without permission. Aroopa will take action against copyright violations reported by the rightful owners.
Users can report violations not covered in the above categories by providing a detailed description for appropriate action.

Each Client (“Tenant”) is solely responsible for:

- Communications sent through the platform
- Activities of their users, employees, or agents
Aroopa acts as a technology provider and does not actively monitor all user activity but reserves the right to investigate and act on violations.

4. Categories of Prohibited Abuse
4.1 Spam, Malware, and Phishing
Prohibited activities include:

4.2 Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Activities
- Engage in illegal activities

4.3 Sexually Explicit Content
The platform must not be used to:
- Publish or distribute pornographic or adult content

Aroopa strictly prohibits:
- Any content involving child exploitation or abuse
- Grooming, trafficking, or inappropriate communication involving minors
Violations will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
4.5 Personal and Confidential Information
Users must not share or expose sensitive personal data without consent, including:
- Phone numbers, addresses, emails
- Government IDs, tax numbers

4.6 Intellectual Property Violations

4.7 Platform Misuse & Security Violations
Prohibited actions include:
- Unauthorized access or account takeover attempts
- Data scraping or extraction without permission
- Circumventing security controls
- Abuse of APIs or integrations
- Attempting to disrupt platform performance
- Violates applicable laws
- Harms Aroopa, its users, or third parties
- Undermines platform integrity

Depending on severity, Aroopa may:
- Issue warnings or compliance notices
- Temporarily suspend accounts or features
- Permanently terminate accounts
- Remove or block content
- Report incidents to authorities
Actions may be taken without prior notice.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
Aroopa may disclose user information where required to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Respond to lawful requests
- Protect users, platform integrity, or public safety
7. False or Malicious Reports
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive reports may result in:
- Ignoring future reports
- Account restrictions
- Further action if necessary
