We’ve introduced QuickBooks integration to Aroopa Apps, enabling a seamless connection between Aroopa Apps and QuickBooks. This feature allows users to integrate their QuickBooks company account with Aroopa Apps and set up workflows for automatic invoice creation.

Some key use cases include:

  • Invoice Creation: Automatically create invoices in QuickBooks when an invoice is generated in Aroopa Apps.
  • Order-Triggered Invoices: When an order is received, set up a workflow to create an invoice directly in QuickBooks.
  • Timesheet Automation: Automatically create and submit invoices to clients based on logged timesheets, streamlining the billing process.

With this integration, users can significantly improve their workflow efficiency by automating key accounting tasks, saving time, and reducing the risk of human error.


Here are additional use cases for the QuickBooks integration with Aroopa Apps:

  1. Recurring Invoice Generation:
    Set up a recurring billing schedule in Aroopa Apps, which will automatically create and send invoices to QuickBooks at regular intervals (e.g., monthly subscriptions, service agreements).
  2. Expense Tracking & Invoicing:
    When expenses are recorded in Aroopa Apps (such as project costs, travel expenses, etc.), automatically generate an invoice in QuickBooks for reimbursement or billing clients.
