Call Log Feature Added to Contacts

We’re excited to introduce a new Call Log feature in the Contacts module of Aroopa Apps. This feature enables users to manually log incoming and outgoing calls against each contact, helping teams maintain a complete and accurate history of customer interactions.

Each call entry can include:

  • Date and time of the call
  • Direction (incoming or outgoing)
  • Call notes or summary
  • Call outcome or status

This manual call logging capability is perfect for teams that want to track conversations without needing a telephony integration. Whether you're managing sales follow-ups, support check-ins, or general outreach, this feature helps ensure communication history is always documented and nothing slips through the cracks.

Access the call log by opening any contact record and adding a new log entry under the "Call log" tab.
