Users can now design workflows that not only manage high-level project stages but also execute actions directly on tasks and to-dos—such as assignment, status updates, notifications, and dependency handling. In addition, workflows can now evaluate and respond to specific task or project attributes, enabling highly dynamic and contextual automation.

This improvement allows teams to build more intelligent and responsive project execution flows, improving coordination, reducing manual effort, and ensuring that actions are triggered exactly when and where they are needed within the project lifecycle.
