We are excited to announce the addition of custom fields in Aroopa Project Management! This feature enables users to define specific data points relevant to their projects, tasks, and entities, enhancing flexibility and customization within your project management processes.

Key Features:

1. Drag-and-Drop Designer: Easily add custom fields at the project level, task level, and entity level using our user-friendly interface.
2. Template Saving: Save your configurations as templates, which can be reused for future projects. This saves time and ensures consistency across projects.
3. Inheritance of Custom Fields: Projects created from templates that include custom fields will automatically inherit these fields in the project, tasks, and to-dos, ensuring all relevant data is captured.

Sample Use Cases:

1. Event Management:
2. Custom fields can be added to track specific event details such as venue, catering options, and attendee categories. This allows event planners to manage all necessary information in one place.
3. Software Development:
4. Teams can create custom fields for tracking bug severity, feature requests, or development stages in their tasks. This helps in prioritizing work based on specific metrics defined by the team.
5. Marketing Campaigns:
6. Marketers can add fields to monitor campaign objectives, target audiences, and budget allocations. This ensures that every campaign is aligned with overall marketing goals and budgets.
7. Client Projects:
8. Custom fields can be used to record client preferences, contract details, or billing information, allowing project managers to have all critical client information readily available.

With this new feature, Aroopa Project Management aims to provide users with enhanced tools for customization, making project management more effective and tailored to specific business needs. Embrace this change and elevate your project management experience today!
