Managing multiple tickets just got simpler!
Aroopa Apps now supports merging multiple tickets that are related or similar. Instead of handling duplicates separately, you can combine them into a single ticket, keeping all updates, comments, and attachments in one place.
This feature helps streamline support workflows, reduces clutter, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
To merge tickets, go to Tickets → Select Multiple Tickets → Merge, and all selected tickets will be combined under a single parent ticket for easy tracking.
