Office 365 Integration for Ticket Management System (TMS)

We’re excited to announce support for Office 365 integration with Aroopa Apps Ticket Management System (TMS)! While Aroopa Apps does not serve as a full mailbox system, our TMS now supports connecting to Office 365 accounts and automatically converting incoming emails into actionable support tickets.

With this integration, your support team can:

  • Link an Office 365 mailbox to your TMS
  • Automatically capture and process customer emails as tickets
  • Assign, tag, and track issues efficiently within your existing workflow
  • Maintain a clear separation between communication and ticket resolution

This feature streamlines email handling and ensures nothing gets lost in your inbox. It is ideal for support teams who want to retain their current Office 365 email accounts while leveraging Aroopa Apps for powerful ticket management and workflow automation.

To set this up, go to Settings > Integrations > Office 365 in your Aroopa dashboard. Configure to work as TMS
