Discover What's New at Aroopa Apps

With partial submission support, Aroopa Forms and Flows enable you to track and act on partially filled forms, enhancing user engagement and form completion rates.

Key Features:

• Partial Submission Triggers: Automatically trigger a flow when a user partially fills a form and does not complete it, enabling follow-up actions.
• Multi-Step Form Support: Ideal for multi-step forms, where each step can be tracked, and reminders can be sent for incomplete forms.
• Customizable Reminder Flows: Use Aroopa Flows to configure reminders, such as personalized emails or SMS notifications, prompting users to complete their submissions.
• Lead Nurturing: Capture and act on partial form submissions for lead generation, ensuring you don't lose potential customers.

Sample Use Cases:

1. Lead Generation: A user fills out the first two steps of a lead generation form but doesn’t complete it. Aroopa Flows automatically sends a follow-up email with a direct link to resume the form.
2. Event Registration: For an event RSVP form, partial submissions trigger a reminder email encouraging users to complete their registration.
3. Survey Forms: If a respondent starts but doesn’t finish a multi-step survey, partial submission tracking allows you to follow up with a personalized message.
4. E-Commerce Applications: A customer filling out a product inquiry form but stopping midway can receive an automated email or notification to continue.

This feature ensures no opportunity is lost by enabling automated actions based on partially filled forms, improving user engagement and maximizing form completion rates.
