This update includes:

• Built-in statistics: View ticket statistics directly on the ticket screen for a quick overview of support activity.
• Manual ticket creation: Create tickets directly to track requests received outside your connected support channels.
• Bulk delete: Select and delete multiple tickets in one action.

Closed status mapping: Map your custom ticket statuses to the system’s Closed status so resolved tickets are recognized as closed while keeping your team’s preferred status names.
