We have introduced a Skip Node capability in Aroopa Flows to give administrators more flexibility when managing workflows that are already in progress.

In certain situations, a workflow step may need to be bypassed temporarily or permanently. For example, if an email node, REST API node, or another action node encounters an issue or is no longer required for that particular run, you can now choose to skip the node and continue the workflow execution without interruption.

This feature is especially useful for handling real-time operational needs, troubleshooting workflow issues, or addressing exceptional scenarios where continuing the workflow is more important than completing every step.

Key points:

• Nodes can be skipped while the workflow is running.
• Useful for temporary operational needs or permanent workflow adjustments for a specific run.
• Helps prevent workflow failures from blocking the entire process.
• Approval nodes and condition nodes cannot be skipped to ensure workflow logic and decision paths remain intact.
