SMTP/IMAP Integration for Ticketing Added
Feature
We have introduced SMTP/IMAP integration in Aroopa Ticketing. Any emails received through your configured IMAP account will now automatically generate tickets in the system, just like our existing Office 365 integration. This enhancement provides greater flexibility by allowing you to use any standard email provider to manage support requests, ensuring all customer emails are tracked and addressed efficiently.
